BELL, California – Bell’s city manager receives alcohol counseling after being arrested for driving under the influence in March of this year.
Robert Rizzo, 56, was arrested earlier in the year after his blood alcohol level was .28, that’s three times over the legal limit.
The incident was reported by a resident who claimed Rizzo crashed into their mailbox and drove his car into an alley.

He had court scheduled for June 8, where he pleaded not guilty and is set to return to court on August 5.
After being arrested, sources say Rizzo attended alcohol abuse counseling.
